SCAM Extremely disappointing supplier.
We paid €38 for just 4 fabric swatches weighing less than 100 grams, followed by an additional €18.81 FedEx customs charge because the supplier had not properly arranged the shipment. Fabric suppliers normally send these swatches for free, including shipping.
This is a middleman/trading company, not a direct fabric manufacturer. They charge twice the expected fabric price by quoting the kilogram price as the metre price. For example, if 1 kg of fabric costs €10 and corresponds to 2 metres, the price should be €5 per metre, not €10.
Their lead time is 40 days instead of the usual 20 days offered by fabric suppliers.
Even worse, they sell fabrics claimed to be Lenzing TENCEL™ without being registered with Lenzing.

Hi, we’ve seen your review and understand your frustration. Here is our clarification:
Shipping cost: Before shipment, we clearly advised the swatches were free, but courier fee would be at your cost. Free samples are not available for everyone; our policy depends on fabric type, quantity and customer potential. The USD 38 FedEx freight is a standard reasonable charge.
FedEx customs charge: We declared honestly following FedEx rules. Customs fees are collected by local customs and out of our control. We will improve declaration details for future shipments.
Quotation unit: Fabric price varies greatly with quality, quantity, yarn type, composition, weaving and dyeing techniques.
Lead time: We focus on high-end custom weaving. Raw yarns are custom-spun, with weaving and dyeing made to your specs, so lead time is longer than standard orders. 20 days works for normal bulk orders.
Lenzing TENCEL™: Our fabric adopts authentic Lenzing TENCEL™ fiber and we have valid Lenzing certification.
